We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please return it for a refund. Items must be in the original condition - UNWORN, UNWASHED, and have NO ODOR, NO MAKEUP or PET HAIR. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Buyer pays return shipping cost. Please contact us before mailing back your return. Refunds will be made the same way the purchase was made or the option for a gift card after the item has been received and inspected, usually within 48 hours of receipt.

We are a clean, smoke and pet-free business.

If an item is damaged upon arrival, please let us know via email within 5 days of receiving the item. 

Items cannot be washed or worn when claimed as damaged. After 5 days, Famous Brands Trading can no longer be responsible. Famous Brands Trading will provide a USPS First Class return shipping label in the event of a wrong item or a damaged item being received.
