Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please return it for a refund. Items must be in the original condition - UNWORN, UNWASHED, have NO ODOR, NO MAKEUP or PET HAIR. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Buyer pays return shipping cost. Please contact us before mailing back your return. Refunds will be made the same way the purchase was made or the option for a gift card after the item has been received and inspected, usually within 48 hours of receipt.

We are a clean, smoke and pet free business.

Please DO NOT attempt to return merchandise if it does not meet the above criteria. It will be returned to you at your cost without notice.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Items must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery to the customer. If an item is sent back after 30 days, it will not be accepted.

We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number for packages that are being returned to us. We are not responsible for lost packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking.

Damages and issues

If an item is damaged upon arrival, please let us know via email within 5 days of receiving the item. 

Items cannot be washed or worn when claimed as damaged. After 5 days, Famous Brands Trading can no longer be responsible. Famous Brands Trading will provide a USPS First Class return shipping label in the event of a wrong item or a damaged item being received.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that end in $.98 or that are marked ‘Final Sale’ will not be eligible for return. Sale items purchased with a discount code are final sale. No exceptions. Shipping charges on original orders are non refundable.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
We are not offering exchange. You will have to follow our return policy and purchase again if you want to switch sizes. You can always contact us regarding measurements before ordering to make sure the item will fit right.

International orders
We are not offering returns to international orders at this moment.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
